Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms with a fjord view, but lacks simple amenities like paper tissue and coffee/tea in each room. The noise level from the reception can be a drawback, however, the service is extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in handling issues. The location, especially with a room overlooking the fjord, is superb for travelers without cars. The dining experience may vary with limited options but there are exquisite choices available. The facilities are well-maintained and cater to the needs of guests.
The hotel offers breathtaking fjord views that are truly mesmerizing. The rooms, while spacious, could benefit from a modern upgrade. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, although there was a lack of communication regarding closing times. The location is out of this world, perfect for transport and close to the stunning Geirangerfjord. The dining options are diverse and satisfying, but breakfast time may feel a bit rushed. Overall, a wonderful stay with some areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and wonderfully clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right on the Fjord with great views and free parking. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but overall, it was a great experience.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the fjord view room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the fjord which was amazing, the old and worn-out carpet was a turn-off. The service was excellent with very helpful and friendly staff. The location couldn't be beaten, offering stunning views and being close to key attractions. The dining was average with plentiful options, but the standard wasn't exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.
